CSRD Roadshow - Cork

Lean & Green Skillnet, alongside 20FIFTY Partners, is hosting a national roadshow to equip businesses with the tools they need to successfully navigate the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements. The workshops will encourage organisations to actively embed sustainability practices into their businesses.

By placing ESG issues on the same playing field as financial reporting, businesses will be forced to integrate sustainability and social responsibility into their core business strategy.  CSRD will close the gap between traditional “green” roles and non-environmental roles by expanding disclosure requirements.  People, Processes and Technology will all be impacted as demand for certain skills will increase.  Our expert speakers will discuss the importance for companies to actively adapt strategies and policies in-order to establish more sustainable business operations.

Planned in four locations across Dublin, Cork, Limerick, and Galway from August to October, these events will focus on the need for companies to implement sustainability initiatives in a standardised and transparent way.

Who is this for?

From January 1st 2024 the new Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) comes into force which means that all large firms within its scope and those in their supply chains, need to act now and prepare a response plan. These firms need to understand the impact of the directive on their competitive strategy, internal capabilities and competences, and across their key business processes.

The workshop is from 9.00 to 13.00 at the Clayton Hotel - Silver Springs, Tivoli, Cork, T23 E244.
