it@cork is a leading not-for-profit, independent organisation representing the Tech Sector in the South West of Ireland. It was established over 20 years ago and plays a crucial role in facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, providing high quality skills training and promoting innovation and achievement.

Our membership base has been growing steadily over the last number of years.  We now work with a membership baser of +200 tech driven companies at various stages of growth from start-up, to SME and MNC.

We no longer talk about the technology sector in isolation, as every company from every sector must aspire to be technology driven.  We work with a diverse range of companies from core technology, tech support services, renewable energy, dairy, pharma and retail.  At it@cork, we work with companies that aspire to be technology driven.

Our vision is to promote the Tech cluster in Cork; encourage collaboration and innovation between members; to advocate and lead on issues affecting our industry and ultimately enable the growth and development of the Tech industry in Cork.

Our Goals

  • To be the hub in the south west of Ireland for sharing, collaborating and networking for tech driven businesses
  • To provide high quality skills training at an affordable price to the tech community in our region
  • To promote recognition of achievement, excellence and innovation in the region’s tech community
  • To facilitate collaboration and linkages in the tech community between public, private and academic both in Ireland and internationally.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we are funded by membership subscriptions.  As a member of it@cork, you can rely on us as a one stop shop for the best available ICT training programmes, the most connected tech networking events and the most influential leadership forums in the region.
