Before the Covid19 crisis, there was already a skill and resource gap in Cyber; now the challenge is even greater. Through our CyberTalent Employment Activation Programme (CEAP) we have a unique approach to help your organisation intern new potential employees. We have screened over 120 candidates to select the 10 most suitable for Cyber roles. The 10 candidates come from a diverse group of professional migrant women who are part of the Cyber4Women Migrant Women Initiative.
The screening included initial interview based on CV; those suitable progressed to completing a Commercial Cyber Aptitude Test (CCAT), the results of which, in combination with feedback results from an Occupational Psychologist, were compiled into an overall profile report.
These women have now all been onboarded onto Immersive Labs learning platform (see info in flyer attached); and are available to intern with companies (due to the Covid19 restrictions there is flexibility for you to tailor the schedule to align to your company specific requirements, with control over the split on remote versus on site working).
